All postal orders are sent via next day delivery, you will receive tracking information once sent. Unfortunately once sent, any delays are out of my hands. 

To ensure your cookies arrive in perfect condition, they are individually packaged and boxed with bubble wrap. We do our best to ensure that the cookies arrive in perfect condition, however there may occasionally be breakages. Unfortunately, we cannot control how the package in handled by the carrier once it leaves our premises and cannot be responsible for this.
