Cookies will come individually heat sealed to remain fresh for 30 days.

There will be two postal so please select which date you you’d like them posted. 
Along with a collection day on this date so again state which one is needed.  

To ensure your cookies arrive in perfect condition, they are individually packaged and boxed with bubble wrap. We do our best to ensure that the cookies arrive in perfect condition, however there may occasionally be breakages. Unfortunately, we cannot control how the package in handled by the carrier once it leaves our premises and cannot be responsible for this.

All orders are sent via next day delivery, you will receive tracking information once sent. Unfortunately once sent, any delays are out of my hands. 

As our products are custom made and we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any problems with your order, please get in touch.
